In olden days our elders drank rice water and use to work hard so they lived a healthy life with less health problems to worry, these days we throw rice water and run to pharmacies to buy good health which can be achieved from drinking it. just to experience the goodness off rice water pour it to a plant which is in a pot, see yourself. I pour rice water to my home garden plants. Rice water is nothing but suspension of starch obtained from boiling water or the milky white liquid left after washing rice before cooking. rice water has vitamin B, C, E and other minerals. it  is used in some traditional way of treating skin, hair problems, diarrhea and much more. Some tiny organisms like yeasts, molds, or bacteria consume food for energy they convert carbohydrates like starch and sugar into alcohol or acids.
